Pay Tuition Fee and Receive Documents: After securing your slot, proceed to pay the tuition fee. Once completed, you will receive a set of essential documents via email.

Book Appointment: Use the provided link to schedule an appointment tailored to your country. This appointment will be related to the submission of your documents and application.

Prepare and Submit Documents: Gather all the required documents, including the ones provided by the institution, and submit them to the Polish embassy/consulate as per your scheduled appointment.

Await Visa Decision: Following the submission of your documents, patiently await the visa decision. Your documents will be reviewed, and you’ll be notified of the outcome by the embassy/consulate.

Schedule a visa appointment through the consulate's online registration system. Submit all documents, including the completed application form and visa fee. Your application will be reviewed within 15 days. Early submission is recommended as processing times may vary.
EU citizens only need a valid travel document or national ID to enter Poland. For travel outside the EU, carrying a passport is recommended. No formal requirements exist for stays under three months. However, for longer stays, register your residence with the Voivodship (Provincial) Office.
Before your visa expires, you must apply for a Temporary Residence Permit. Once approved, you will be issued a Temporary Residence Card, serving as your official ID card and proof of residence permit. With this card and your travel document, you can freely cross the Polish border multiple times. Remember, it is crucial to apply for the Temporary Residence Card while legally staying in Poland, after your arrival but before your visa's expiration.
